"We revere the memory of all our Martyrs on Remembrance Day, which marked the beginning of the struggle for the liberation of Garabagh and the Azerbaijani lands under occupation. Garabagh is Azerbaijan!" the message reads.
Today, Azerbaijan marks Remembrance Day, honouring the memories of the heroes who lost their lives fighting in the Second Garabagh War, also known as the “Patriotic War.”
The war, which lasted 44 days in 2020, saw Azerbaijani forces liberate the lands from nearly three decades of illegal occupation by Armenia.
