Flour mill explosion in Türkiye injures 8, emergency response underway

An explosion occurred at a flour mill in the Mimar Sinan neighbourhood of Çorum province, Türkiye, around 1:00 PM (GMT+3), leaving at least 8 individuals injured.

The cause of the blast remains unclear, Caliber.Az reports via Turkish media. 

The flour mill, located on Dede Street, was the site of the explosion. Emergency response teams, including police, medical personnel, and fire brigades, swiftly arrived at the scene following the alert. Initial reports suggest that the victims suffered injuries of varying severity. Medical teams provided immediate first aid before transporting the injured to local hospitals for further care.
