Armenia announces summer training camps for military reservists
The Armenian government has approved a new resolution mandating a series of regular training camps for military reservists.
The decision was formally adopted during a cabinet session on May 8, Caliber.Az reports citing Armenian media.
Under the resolution, the upcoming training cycle will run from June 3 to August 22. Each reservist will be called up for a maximum duration of 25 days, aligning with previous procedures. These training camps are conducted periodically throughout the year as part of the government’s broader strategy to maintain operational readiness among its reserve forces.
Earlier, Armenia announced mobilisation of reservists from April 15 to June 15. Training camps of reservists are held in Armenia on a regular basis by certain groups.
