About 700 Armenian trucks stuck at Verkhny Lars checkpoint

Over 680 Armenian trucks are waiting to pass through the Russian-Georgian border at the Verkhny Lars checkpoint in North Ossetia.

At the moment, 682 Armenian heavy trucks are in the queue. According to the latest data, 1773 trucks from different countries are registered in the queue, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.

The way through Lars on the Gudauri-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars highway of international importance is open for all vehicles.

To recall, the Georgian Military Road is the only functioning land route linking Armenia with Russia (via Georgia).
