Airstrike targets Major petrochemical plant in Iran’s Mahshahr

A petrochemical facility in Mahshahr, southwestern Iran, has been struck by an air attack, according to Iranian news agency Mehr.

No further details have been provided, and there is no information on casualties. 

On April 4, the Israeli military carried out an airstrike on the same complex, killing at least five people. 

Additionally, an Israeli and US strike reportedly hit an aluminum plant in the central city of Arak, with no further details provided.
