All issues within Armenia-Azerbaijan delimitation framework should be discussed Armenian official speaks about enclaves

Deputy Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Hakob Arshakyan touched upon the issue of controlling the roads passing through the territory of Armenia.

"The Republic of Armenia is interested in Armenia's roads being unblocked and they act within the framework of RA's legal power and laws," he said during the briefing, Caliber.Az reports citing Armenian media.

Speaking about the enclaves, Arshakyan noted, "Within the framework of delimitation, all issues are subject to discussion if there are legal and cartographic bases for it, if these issues are reflected in bilateral agreements."

Arshakyan stressed that Armenia and Azerbaijan need to clarify the issue of mutual recognition of each other's territorial integrity and accept it in writing.
