Ankara construction site engulfed in flames, firefighters rush to scene VIDEO

A fire broke out at a construction site in the Yukarı Dikmen neighbourhood of Ankara, sparking a swift response from local firefighters.

The blaze, which started on the third floor of a building under construction on Neshet Ertaş Street in the Çankaya district, quickly spread, sending plumes of smoke into the sky, Caliber.Az reports referring to TRT Haber.

The cause of the fire remains unknown, but emergency teams were on-site almost immediately.

Firefighters worked tirelessly to contain the flames, and reinforcements were called in to support the effort.

The situation is still developing as additional teams are dispatched to help extinguish the fire and prevent further damage.
