Another Armenian top official to skip CSTO summit

Armenian Defence Minister Suren Papikyan will not take part in the CSTO meeting, the ministry's spokesman Aram Torosyan told Sputnik Armenia.

Earlier, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said in a conversation with his Belarusian counterpart that he will not be able to take part in the joint session of the Councils of Foreign Ministers, Defence Ministers and Secretaries of the CSTO Security Council on November 22 in Minsk.

Before that, on November 14, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in a telephone conversation with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko also announced his refusal to participate in the CSTO summit to be held in Minsk on November 23.
