Araghchi: Iran does not seek to harm US civilians
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stated that Tehran does not aim to harm ordinary U.S. citizens.
In a post on X, Araghchi blamed Israel and its allies in Washington for rising gasoline prices, higher mortgage costs, and the collapse of retirement savings, Caliber.Az reports.
Iran does not want to harm ordinary Americans who overwhelmingly voted to end involvement in costly foreign wars.

Blame for surging gas prices, costlier mortgages, and pummeled 401(k)'s lies squarely with Israel and its dupes in Washington. pic.twitter.com/LhKReoa8lZ

Araghchi also noted that the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) uses territories of countries neighboring Iran to deploy HIMARS systems. He added that such facilities could become targets of Iran’s retaliatory measures.
Thank you CENTCOM for admitting that you are using our neighbors' territory to deploy HIMARS systems against our people, apparently including a desalination plant.

Nobody should complain if our powerful missiles destroy these systems wherever they are in retribution. pic.twitter.com/0qA5Oj5Jao
