Are reps of Karabakh Armenians coming to Yevlakh for meeting with official Baku? Dialogue without intermediaries
At the moment, the organisation of a meeting in Yevlakh between representatives of the central government of Baku and representatives of the Armenian ethnic minority, densely residing in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, is being worked out.
A proposal for the meeting does not come from any third country, it fits into the logic of Baku's well-known proposal for a dialogue that will take place exclusively between representatives of the central authorities and the Armenian ethnic minority, without the participation of representatives of foreign countries, Caliber.Az reports with reference to its own sources.
However, judging by some leaks to the Armenian media, now some representatives of the Karabakh Armenians are trying to sabotage the meeting. This is an extremely destructive position since the problems in the region can be resolved within the framework of a dialogue between the Karabakh Armenians and their central government in Baku.
