Armenia "closely following" development of military-industrial complex in partner countries

Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Major General Edvard Asryan has said that Armenia is showing special interest in weapons and military equipment, which are showcased at a military exhibition in Russia as part of the International Army Games 2022 from August 15 to 21.

Asryan reminded that Armenian Defence Minister Suren Papikyan is currently in Moscow, Caliber.Az reports with reference to the Armenian media.

Papikyan is taking part in the opening ceremony of the Games.

Asryan emphasised that the Armenian side is closely following the development of the military and industrial complex in partner countries and chooses the most optimal systems for the Armenian army.
