Armenia detains pro-Russian blogger
Mika Badalyan, a well-known activist and blogger, was detained and brought to the police.
He was trying to disrupt the rally of opponents of the Russian military operations in Ukraine in Yerevan, Caliber.Az reports referring to the Armenian media.
Badalyan was put into a police car during the contraction organized by him. According to him, he stood up for a woman who was insulted by the protesters who came to the Square of Russia.
In turn, the protesters claim that he wanted to rip off their banner.
The action on the square of Russia was carried out by about ten persons who introduced themselves as citizens of the Russian Federation.
Badalyan was arrested at the end of May in connection with a post on social networks and the arrest was extended on July 18. Badalyan's health deteriorated sharply on July 22, he was hospitalized with internal bleeding and a pre-stroke condition. The court ruled on his release on bail on July 22.
