Armenia, India explore military-technical cooperation

Armenia’s Deputy Defence Minister Karen Brutyan has hosted Chief of the Defence Staff of the Indian Armed Forces, General Anil Chauhan, who is on an official visit to Armenia.

The Armenian Defence Ministry reported that the meeting was held at the administrative complex of the ministry, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.

During the discussions, both sides reviewed the progress of Armenia-India cooperation in the defence sector and addressed a range of military-technical collaboration issues.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan also met with General Anil Chauhan, to discuss avenues for enhanced defence cooperation between the two countries.
