Armenia, India mull "vast potential" of cooperation in different spheres
Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan discussed during his meeting with Lieutenant General Sukriti Singh Dahiya, Commander of India's National Defence College, the directions and areas of further development of Armenian-Indian cooperation, the press service of the Armenian leader said.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Armenia Nilakshi Saha Sinha also participated in the meeting, Caliber.Az reports citing Armenian media.
The sides highlighted the implementation of "huge potential of interaction" in the spheres of high technologies, healthcare, agriculture, defence, and others.
The possibility of implementing joint programmes on the exchange of experience in the sphere of military education was also discussed.
Thoughts on regional issues were exchanged. In this context, Khachaturyan stressed that Armenia is firm in its position on achieving stable and lasting peace and is moving in that direction.
