Armenia: Injury toll climbs to 30 after bus crash near Haghartsin Monastery UPDATED
The number of people injured in a bus accident near the Haghartsin Monastery in Armenia has risen to 30, Sputnik Armenia reports, citing the country’s Ministry of Health.
According to the ministry, six of the injured will be transferred from the Tavush Regional Medical Center to hospitals in Yerevan. Deputy Health Minister Armen Gasparyan has already visited the site.
One of the victims remains in serious but stable condition and has undergone surgery, officials said.

A passenger bus overturned near the Haghartsin Monastery in Armenia on November 2 afternoon, leaving 18 people injured, the Armenian Interior Ministry stated.
Authorities arrived at the scene to provide assistance and investigate the circumstances of the accident, Caliber.Az reports, citing Sputnik Armenia.
No further details about the cause have been released.
