Armenia reports soldier death on border Earlier, Armenian Armed Forces shelled Azerbaijan’s Kalbajar region

The Armenian Defence Ministry said that an Armenian conscript has been killed on the border.

 “We confirm the death of a soldier. Details will be disclosed later,” the Armenian media reports referring to the ministry.

Earlier, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry reported that the Armenian troops fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of the Kalbajar district.

The incident occurred on June 18 night. The units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces have taken adequate retaliation measures.
