Armenia's defence minister meets with French Senate's defence committee chief

Armenian Defence Minister Suren Papikyan met on June 19 with Chairman of the French Senate Commission for Foreign Affairs, Defence and Armed Forces Christian Cambon.

They discussed issues of cooperation between the two countries in the defence sector, as well as issues of regional security, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Defence Ministry of Armenia.

Papikyan is in France upon the invitation of his French colleague Sebastian Lecornu. On June 19, he attended the opening of the Le Bourget International Air Show in Paris.
