Armenia's Vagharshapat election loss draws strong reaction from Pashinyan’s office

Taron Chakhoyan, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Armenia, reacted to the opposition’s recent defeat in the Vagharshapat elections.

According to Caliber.Az, he posted his remarks on Facebook.

"Tashir Samo (the Russian oligarch Samvel Karapetyan — ed.) also lost in Vagharshapat — despite all the supporters and resources they had, they threw everything against Civil Contract (the ruling party — ed.).

Now they are trying to cover up the situation, pretending as if they didn’t participate at all.

Regarding all the loud posturing — just like Tashir Samo, Kocharian in 2021 “worked tirelessly” to the very end, and in the end, he himself “collapsed.”

Not much time left — in a few months, the people will give you an answer straight to your face, along with your Serzhik-Robik (referring to former Armenian presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharian — ed.)," Chakhoyan wrote.
