Armenia security chief meets new EU monitoring mission head

Armenia’s Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan held talks on April 10 with Satu Koivu, the newly appointed head of the European Union Monitoring Mission in Armenia.
Grigoryan congratulated Koivu on assuming her new role and wished her success in carrying out her responsibilities. He also expressed appreciation for the work undertaken by the EU’s civilian monitoring mission in Armenia and affirmed that Yerevan remains ready to continue effective cooperation, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media.
“Satu Koivu, in turn, expressed gratitude for the warm reception and noted that she will contribute her experience and knowledge to further enhance the effectiveness of the mission’s activities,” the readout said.
