Armenia sees $4.76 billion in remittances, up 10% from last year

24 December 2025 10:42

Armenia received $4.761 billion in remittances in January–October 2025, roughly 10% higher compared with the same period last year.

Data from the Central Bank of Armenia shows that outflows of remittances from Armenia during the same period amounted to $3.614 billion, resulting in a net inflow of approximately $1.15 billion, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media.

In comparison, January–October 2024 saw remittances of $4.520 billion into Armenia and $3.472 billion out, for a net inflow of $1.047 billion.

This indicates that net remittances to Armenia increased by roughly 10% over the same ten-month period year-on-year.

Russia remains the largest source of remittances to Armenia.
