Armenia, Türkiye hold technical talks on restoring railway

Armenian and Turkish officials met on November 28 at the Akyaka–Akhurik border crossing and later in the Armenian city of Gyumri to advance efforts to normalise relations between the two countries.

The meetings took place as part of commitments made during earlier negotiations between the two sides’ special representatives, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media. 

They held the second round of technical discussions aimed at the rehabilitation and reactivation of the Kars–Gyumri railway.
