Armenian ambassador visits Utah’s World Trade Centre, DoTerra headquarters
As part of a working visit to Utah, Armenian Ambassador to the United States Narek Mkrtchyan visited the World Trade Centre in Utah and the headquarters of the state’s largest industrial company, DoTerra.
As part of the visit, Ambassador Mkrtchyan met with Jonathan Friedman, President and CEO of the World Trade Centre, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media.
The meeting was also attended by Miles Hansen, Executive Director of the Sterling Foundation, and entrepreneur and academic Paul Alstrom.
During discussions, Ambassador Mkrtchyan outlined the latest economic and political developments in Armenia–US relations. Friedman highlighted Utah as one of the leading states for collaboration in the technology sector. Both sides emphasised their commitment to concrete steps to strengthen cooperation.
At DoTerra’s headquarters, the ambassador met with founder and CEO David Sterling. The talks focused on potential areas for collaboration, with Ambassador Mkrtchyan touring the company’s facilities and learning about its operations.
He also expressed gratitude to the Sterling Foundation, established by Sterling, for more than 15 programmes it has implemented in Armenia.
