Armenian border guard dies from self-inflicted gunshot

An Armenian border guard serving under the National Security Service has died in the Syunik region (Zangezur - ed.).

As reported by Armenian media and cited by Caliber.Az, the incident took place in the village of David Bek.

According to the details released, the fatality resulted from an incident involving a fellow serviceman.

An 18-year-old soldier reportedly died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
