Armenian court rejects lawsuit against PM

Former Chief of the Armenian General Staff, Colonel-General Onik Gasparyan’s representative Shushanik Stepanyan has said that the Administrative Court, chaired by Judge Rafik Khandanyan, dismissed Gasparyan’s lawsuit against former President Armen Sarkissian and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Gasparyan appealed to the court demanding to invalidate President Sarkissian’s decree and Pashinyan’s decision to dismiss him from office, Caliber.Az reports with reference to the Armenian media.

The Armenian General Staff, headed by Gasparyan, made a statement demanding the resignation of Pashinyan and his Cabinet of Ministers on February 25, 2021.
