Armenian expert says EU mission comes to provoke war in Armenia
Armenian military expert Hayk Nahapetyan has claimed that the task of the European mission in Armenia is not to stop the clashes, they are conducting intelligence work and, if necessary, will provoke clashes, as was the case in Kosovo, Yugoslavia.
He made the remarks in a conversation with Armenian journalists on January 26, commenting on what the EU observation mission arriving in Armenia will do and what problem it will solve, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Armenian media.
“If the EU member states that are now sending observers are so kind, they could stop the 44-day war. They will never criticize Azerbaijan and Türkiye, as they work closely with them; make several statements aimed at brainwashing the ingenious part of our people, and that’s all,” he noted.
“Of course, it is obvious that these observers are going to solve another problem, I see a very big danger in this. They are coming because of Iran as the West is going to carry out military aggression against Iran, moreover, intelligence work will be carried out here,” Nahapetyan assured.
