Armenian journalist impressed by quality of highway built by Azerbaijanis PHOTO

Armenian journalist Nairi Ohikyan has shared a Facebook post with his photos from the road that the Azerbaijani side had built around Lachin District.

He could not hide his admiration for the quality of the highway.

“The new road bypassing the Lachin corridor has been completed by the Azerbaijanis. And although they still do minor work, I personally went and checked out what kind of path it is. They built a quality road. Russian peacekeepers control both the road and the surrounding villages,” the journalist said.

“I am very sorry that the Armenian road builders failed to build 6 km of the road in 9 months, although the enemy [Azerbaijan] built 30 km during this time,” Ohikyan wrote.
