Armenian, Kazakh top diplomats mull bilateral ties, regional matters
In a recent telephone conversation, Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu and Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan engaged in a detailed discussion about their countries' collaboration within multilateral organizations.
The conversation centred on several key aspects of their relationship, Caliber.Az reports citing sources in Russian media.
The ministers reviewed the current state of bilateral cooperation between Astana and Yerevan, examining the progress of ongoing projects and exploring opportunities for further development.
They also focused on how their countries can enhance their interactions within various international frameworks and multilateral structures.
In addition to bilateral and multilateral concerns, Nurtleu and Mirzoyan addressed pressing regional and international matters.
Earlier this year, in May, a significant meeting took place in Almaty, where Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov explored pathways to a peace agreement. This meeting was part of ongoing efforts to resolve conflicts and seek lasting solutions in the region.
