10 May 2024 13:02

MP Tigran Abrahamyan, Secretary of the opposition parliamentary faction "I Have Honour," stated that a vote of no confidence in Prime Minister Pashinyan cannot be successfully passed without the participation of MPs from his party.

Speaking to journalists at Republic Square in Yerevan, Abrahamyan emphasized the opposition's readiness to address the agenda concerning the initiation of a confidence vote in the prime minister, Caliber.Az reports citing Armenian media.

Regarding the start of the impeachment process, Abrahamyan noted that certain procedural matters need to be addressed, some of which are beyond our control. He further highlighted the necessity of securing the presence of specific MPs from the ruling Civil Contract faction to conclude the entire process.
