Armenian MoD finds “captured” soldier

The Armenian Defence Ministry has found a stray soldier who was allegedly taken prisoner by Azerbaijan on March 21.

Armenian Armed Forces soldier M.G., who got lost on March 21 while delivering food to a military stronghold by car, was found on March 22, Report cites the ministry’s press service as telling news.am.

The soldier's life is not in danger, the ministry says.

On March 21, Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry officially denied the information that on March 21, the Azerbaijani military took prisoner an Armenian armed forces serviceman who had allegedly approached the Azerbaijani Army positions by a vehicle.
