Armenian parliament set to launch investigation into Church crisis

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced plans to establish a parliamentary investigative commission to examine issues related to the Armenian Apostolic Church (AAC).

Speaking in parliament, Pashinyan said the government would publish a report on the crisis within the Church within a month at the latest.

The proposed commission would examine the facts surrounding the situation and consider legislative amendments based on its findings.
