Armenian PM calls emergency security talks

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan convened a meeting of the Security Council of Armenia on Tuesday, March 17, against the backdrop of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

According to Caliber.Az, citing Armenian media, the session was attended not only by members of the Security Council but also by President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan.

The report noted that this marks the fifth Security Council meeting held in less than a month, underscoring heightened attention by the Armenian leadership to regional security developments.
