Armenian PM calls Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed by phone the implementation of the trilateral agreements among Baku, Yerevan and Moscow.
The conversation took place at Armenia's initiative, Caliber.Az reports with reference to Russian media citing the Kremlin.
The sides discussed the implementation of the agreements of the Azerbaijani, Russian and Armenian leaders, including steps to ensure stability and security on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, restore economic and transport ties in the region and prepare a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Putin also discussed with the Armenian prime minister the need to resolve all issues on Karabakh in a constructive manner, in close contact of the parties with Russian peacekeepers, the Kremlin noted.
The previous conversation between Putin and Pashinyan took place on February 23, also at the initiative of the Armenian side.
