Armenian political analyst: Azerbaijani leadership - master of its word

Armenian political analyst Argishti Kiviryan has said that Azerbaijan has resolved two issues.

Kiviryan was commenting on the detention of war criminals Garamyan, Mnatsakanyan, Babayan and Vardanyan by Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies.

“One of these issues is internal. Over the years, Azerbaijan has always declared these people terrorists in its internal political field, saying that sooner or later it will arrest them and bring them to Baku. As a result, they say that Azerbaijan is a leader, a master of its word in all issues,” he told journalists, Caliber.Az reports.

“The second issue was aimed at the Armenian segment. I would describe this as a propaganda force,” the political analyst said.

“Armenia is a country where several defence ministers left. The situation is the same. I'll tell you that one of those defence ministers is in Moscow, another one in the US. Perhaps they were not extradited because they provided Moscow or Washington with all the information they knew? We know that any information in the world can be hacked and sold. Nothing prevents Azerbaijan from buying information from both Moscow and Washington,” Kiviryan added.
