Armenian Prosecutor's Office demands re-arrest of General Khachaturov
The Prosecutor's Office demands re-arresting the son of former Armenian Armed Forces General Staff chief Yuri Khachaturov, former commander of the Third Army Corps Major General Grigory Khachaturov.
The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office filed a cassation appeal, demanding to cancel the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court of Appeal to change the preventive measure chosen against Grigory Khachaturov from imprisonment to bail and administrative supervision. The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office confirmed the information to the media, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media.
The Anti-Corruption Court of Appeal presided by Judge Armen Hovhannisyan partially satisfied the appeal against the decision to extend Grigory Khachaturov's arrest term, changing his preventive measure from detention to administrative supervision and bail in the amount of 20 million.
