Armenian prosecutors seek confiscation of assets linked to Dashnak lawmaker
Armenia’s Prosecutor General’s Office has filed a claim demanding that National Assembly deputy Ishkhan Saghatelyan return real estate and movable property valued at approximately $700,000 to the state.
The authorities are requesting the seizure of multiple assets, including five real estate properties, five vehicles, and stakes in three legal entities. In addition, prosecutors are seeking to confiscate approximately $706,000 identified as residual funds of illegal origin, Caliber.Az reports per Armenian media.
Saghatelyan is a member of the Supreme Body of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun and serves as a lawmaker in the “Armenia” parliamentary faction, which is affiliated with former President Robert Kocharyan.
