Armenian pundit raps compatriots for naiveness, reliance on foreigners

PhD in Politics Professor at Stanford University Artur Khachikyan said in an interview with the 168Tv channel, Caliber.Az reports.

“You know, perhaps we are truly incurable, we are hopeless with the same emotions of a child that we had 100 years ago when we believed that France would protect us. We will always be naive children. Turkey, Azerbaijan, the West and Russia think and calculate realistically, but we only use our feelings.

“As for France’s military assistance, if this is really some kind of large-scale assistance, then yes, we can talk about it. We are talking about Turkey and Azerbaijan, whose military budgets are 40–50 times larger than ours. France will provide us with 3 radars that can be destroyed in 15-20 minutes.
