Armenian serviceman commits suicide

An Armenian 21-year-old serviceman committed suicide on June 6.

As Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media, one of the police departments of Yerevan received a report from the "Geratsi" University Hospital No. 1 that the ambulance doctors from Orbeli Street delivered a citizen in extremely serious condition to the hospital on June 6 at about 23։00.

The police found out that the citizen of the hospital is a 21-year-old Armenian serviceman Levon S., who died in the intensive care department without regaining consciousness.

They also found out that on the same day at about 22:00 Levon S. had broken the mirror in his bedroom and cut his throat. His mother found him in this condition and called an ambulance.

 Suicide cases in the Armenian army are not few, only in 2022 six servicemen committed suicide.
