Armenian servicemen returned by Azerbaijan need no medical treatment - minister
Armenian Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan has said that the servicemen returned by Azerbaijan do not need any medical treatment.
"The servicemen returned from Azerbaijan to Armenia have undergone preliminary medical examination, at the moment there are no persons transferred to civilian medical centers, there is no need for it."
Necessary examinations have been conducted at Muratsan Hospital and needs have been assessed. There is no need to conduct examinations yet," the minister told journalists, Caliber.Az reports.
On December 13, the process of mutual release of servicemen between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia took place in the Gazakh district.
Two Azerbaijani servicemen, Huseyn Akhundov and Agshin Babirov, were released by Armenia during the process. The Azerbaijani side handed over 32 individuals of Armenian origin to the opposite side.
