According to Caliber.Az, citing Armenian media, former Turkish parliamentarian Garo Paylan announced the development on his X account, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.
Paylan emphasized the broader implications of Türkiye’s role in regional diplomacy, stating, “The duration of the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace process depends on the steps taken by Türkiye.”
The move is expected to facilitate international travel and could influence the ongoing peace initiatives between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
