Attackers must guarantee no future strikes on Iran, says VP
30 March 2026 13:12
Iran’s First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref stated on March 30 that the country’s opponents must commit to no longer striking Iran and recognise all its international rights, according to Iranian media.
“They must say, ‘We will no longer attack Iran, and we recognise all of Iran’s international rights,’” Mohammad Reza Aref noted.
He added that while Iran’s opponents are pursuing negotiations over the Strait of Hormuz, it remains unclear whether they are ready to make such commitments. Aref also emphasised that Iran’s armed forces are among the most powerful in the world.
