Azerbaijan airlines to resume direct flights to Maldives from October

Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has announced the resumption of direct flights between Baku and Malé, starting October 27.

The national carrier will operate the route three times a week, with departures scheduled for Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Tickets are now available for purchase via AZAL’s official website and mobile application, Caliber.Az reports via local media. 

AZAL originally launched its Baku–Malé service on November 9, 2024, strengthening air connectivity between Azerbaijan and the Maldives, a popular destination for leisure travelers.
