Azerbaijan, Georgia eye cooperation in education, science PHOTO
Azerbaijani Science and Education Minister Emin Amrullayev and Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili discussed the prospects of cooperation between the two countries in the field of higher education and science.
"On May 19, as part of our visit to Georgia, we had a meeting with the prime minister of this country, Irakli Garibashvili. It was also attended by Georgian Education and Science Minister George Amilakhvari, Rector of ADA University Khafiz Pashayev and Azerbaijani Ambassador to Georgia Faig Guliyev,” Amrullayev wrote on his Twitter account, Caliber.Az reports.

At the meeting, the sides highly evaluated the activities of Georgian language schools in Azerbaijan and Azerbaijani language schools in Georgia and emphasized the perspectives for cooperation in the fields of general, higher education and science.
To recall, a delegation headed by the science and education minister is visiting Georgia at the invitation of his Georgian counterpart George Amilahvari.
