Azerbaijan laying underground power lines in Lachin VIDEO

New underground power lines with 0.4 kv voltage have been laid to the houses and public facilities located in the centre of Lachin district liberated from occupation.

The press service of JSC Azerishig informed Caliber.Az that all overhead (aboveground) lines with voltage of 0.4 kv and 35 kv are replaced with underground lines in the district.

An underground 35 kV line is being laid from the 110/35/10 kV substation in Lachin to provide electricity to any part of the city.

In addition, the construction of a new 40 km long transmission line to the remote Lachin villages of Minkend and Aghbulag is in progress.
