Azerbaijan, Moldova discuss new areas of cooperation PHOTO

Azerbaijani First Deputy Minister Elnur Aliyev and Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister, Economic Development and Digitalisation Minister Dumitru Alaiba discussed new areas of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Moldova.

The sides met as part of the 32nd annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Samarkand, Report informs.

Besides, the parties discussed the development of bilateral economic ties and the possibility of increasing mutual trade turnover.

It was emphasized that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to relations with Moldova, and the potential for strengthening economic partnership was brought to attention. It was noted that there are broad prospects between the two countries for the development of cooperation in investment, trade, energy and other areas.
