Azerbaijan, Iran to hold talks on transportation, energy, investment in Tehran
Iran’s capital, Tehran, will host the 16th meeting of the Iran-Azerbaijan Joint Economic Commission on January 22-23, during which cooperation in key areas will be discussed.
The meeting at Tehran Espinas Hotel with the participation of Iran’s Minister of Roads and Urban Development Farzaneh Sadegh and Azerbaijan's Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev, Caliber.Az reports, referencing Iranian media.
A 40-member delegation from Azerbaijan will attend the gathering and discuss various economic issues and topics, including transportation, banking, investment, energy, tourism, etc., along with cultural and communications issues, within the framework of expert committees.
Following the discussions, a joint Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed with the participation of the chairpersons of the Iran-Azerbaijan Joint Economic Cooperation Commission to further expand bilateral ties in the relevant field.
