Azerbaijan's economy minister heads to Uzbekistan for cooperation talks

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, has commenced a significant visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan, aiming to bolster economic ties and explore mutual opportunities for collaboration.

“During our working visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan, we will partake in the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan – Uzbekistan Investment Company, attend Tashkent International Investment Forum, and hold the trilateral meeting of Ministers from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan,” Caliber.Az quotes the minister as saying on his X account.

“Additionally, we plan to engage in discussions with several government officials of Uzbekistan to explore initiatives that serve our countries’ common interests and opportunities for the development of our economic collaboration,” he wrote.
