SOCAR leads Azerbaijan’s non-oil, gas exporters

The Marketing and Economic Operations Department of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) has maintained its position as the top exporter in the non-oil and gas sector among Azerbaijani state enterprises, achieving export revenues of $184 million from January to May 2025.

This data was revealed in the June edition of the “Export Review”, published by the Azerbaijani Centre for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

Following SOCAR’s Marketing and Economic Operations Department, the leading exporters in the non-oil and gas segment included SOCAR Polymer LLC with $106.7 million, AzerGold company with $81.9 million, Azeraluminium LLC at $54.4 million, SOCAR Gas Export Department with $34.5 million, and Azerpambig Agrarian Industrial Complex LLC at $17.4 million.

Other notable contributors to the non-oil export landscape were Azerbaijan Airlines company with $6.7 million, the State Energy Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic with $423,100, Istisu Mineral Water Plant LLC with $366,200, and Azeripek company with $117,600.
