Boeing 787 Dreamliner flight simulator showcased in Baku VIDEO

A Boeing 787 Dreamliner flight simulator has been installed on the ground floor of the JW Marriott Absheron Baku hotel, offering residents and visitors an opportunity to experience a simulated flight.

The simulator was organised jointly by Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) and US aircraft manufacturer Boeing and is available to the public from September 24 to 26, according to Caliber.Az.

The simulator faithfully reproduces the aircraft’s cockpit, featuring widescreen navigation displays, a control yoke, control levers, pedals and original seats.

Its software replicates the operation of the Boeing 787’s onboard systems, allowing visitors to experience key stages of a flight, including take-off, cruising and landing.

The simulator also provides an opportunity to explore the Dreamliner’s technologies and fuel efficiency.

Boeing describes the 787 Dreamliner as one of its most successful wide-body aircraft.
