Azerbaijan facilitates transit of 536 tons of fertilisers shipments to Armenia UPDATED
A new shipment from Russia to Armenia has been transported through Azerbaijani territory, according to Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY).
Eight wagons carrying fertilisers with a total weight of 536 tons were dispatched on May 3 from Bilajari station toward Boyuk Kasik, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
To date, more than 25,000 tons of grain, over 1,600 tons of fertilisers, and 68 tons of buckwheat have been delivered from Russia to Armenia in transit via Azerbaijan.
At the same time, exports of petroleum products from Azerbaijan to Armenia continue. So far, more than 8,500 tons of diesel fuel, 979 tons of AI-92 gasoline, and 2,955 tons of AI-95 gasoline have been supplied to Armenia.

The wagons are expected to depart from Bilajari Railway Station at 12:00, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
On April 30, a freight train consisting of seven wagons carrying Russian grain and fertilizers had already been sent to Armenia via Azerbaijan.
Alongside transit operations, exports of petroleum products from Azerbaijan to Armenia are also continuing. To date, more than 8,500 tons of diesel fuel, 979 tons of AI-92 gasoline, and 2,955 tons of AI-95 gasoline have been exported from Azerbaijan to Armenia.
