Azerbaijan to build two water reservoirs in liberated lands

The Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan Amelioration and Water Management Company Zakir Guliyev has spoken about the plans to build two water reservoirs and restore the existing facilities in the country’s liberated territories.

“In these territories, we actually have reservoirs. A feasibility study project for the Sugovushan reservoirs in Tartar District, Khachynchay in Aghdam District and Kondelenchay in Fuzuli District has been implemented,” he said, according to Report.

“Most likely, tenders for their overhaul and restoration will be held in a short time. In addition, it is planned to build new reservoirs on the Bargushadchay and Hakari rivers with a volume of 60 and 90 million cubic metres, respectively.”
